140 g zahăr
200 ml lapte
200 ml smântână
Preparare
Stoarceți lămâile
Amestecați sucul de lămâie cu zahărul, apoi adăugați laptele și amestecați
Bateți smântâna separat
Amestecați smântâna în celălalt amestec cu sucul de lămâie
Turnați mixul în mașina de înghețată și porniți-o timp de 30 până la 40 de minute până când înghețata devine solidă.
